La Mousse au Chocolat

Ingredients  – serves 4-5 people

  • Semi-sweet chocolate – 68% Valrhona or Trader Joe’s Belge semi-sweet chocolate bar.
  • unsalted butter: 1 tsp
  • eggs: 4 (or 3 eggs + 1 egg white only)
  • a pinch of salt

We are sure you have already heard about the Loire Valley In France. The Loire Valley (in French: Vallée de la Loire) is world-famous for castles (Chambord, Chenonceau…) and historic towns.
